ZONE begins with family which has been producing water filter media for almost a quarter century.
ZONE formed in 2002 and located in Zibo City, Shandong with 53800ft2 manufacturing space. The current CEO Dr Zhang was a researcher at China National Ceramic Research Institute and he obtained China National Patent Award.
In 2017, we set up the 2nd production line with over 107600ft2 manufacturing space. In 2022, we started to set up 3rd production line with over 32280ft2 manufacturing space.

Our iron and manganese removal filter media is zeolite‑based composite catalytic media coated with gamma‑MnO₂. Self‑catalytic oxidation with raw water dissolved oxygen, no continuous chemical dosing. Remove Fe²⁺, Mn²⁺ for well‑water & groundwater. Only for iron‑manganese caused discoloration, not for tannin organic color.
